Product License

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “Licensee,” or “you”) and Easyviz3D (“Easyviz,” “we,” or “Licensor”) governing your use of digital assets, including but not limited to Lumion materials, tutorials, courses, texture packs, and any other downloadable digital content (“Products”) obtained from easyviz3d.com.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Easyviz3D Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Easyviz3D grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Products under the following conditions:
a. Personal and Commercial Use
You may use the Products in personal, educational, and commercial projects, including client work, without paying additional royalties or usage fees.
b. Single-User License (Default)
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each purchase grants a license for one individual user only.
If you require a multi-user, team, studio, or enterprise license, you must contact Easyviz3D directly to discuss custom licensing terms before sharing or deploying the Products within a team or organization.
c. Lifetime Access
Once purchased, the license remains valid indefinitely for the Product versions available at the time of purchase, including any future updates explicitly included with that Product.
2. Scope of Permitted Use
You may:
Use the Products in unlimited personal or commercial design projects.
Include the Products in renders, animations, walkthroughs, presentations, and final deliverables for clients.
Modify, adapt, and combine the Products with your own assets as part of a larger project.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
a. Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or provide access to the Products to any third party, whether in original or modified form.
b. Upload the Products to asset libraries, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or public repositories.
c. Use the Products as a standalone product or in a way that allows others to extract or reuse them independently.
d. Claim ownership of the Products or present them as your own original assets.
4. Intellectual Property
All Products are the exclusive intellectual property of Easyviz3D and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Products—not ownership.
5. Support and Updates
Easyviz3D may provide updates, improvements, or technical support at its discretion. Any updates explicitly included with the purchased Product are covered by this license. Support does not include guaranteed response times or custom development.
6. Refunds and Warranty
Due to the digital nature of the Products, all sales are final once the Product has been downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those explicitly stated on the website.
7. Termination
This license remains in effect unless terminated. Any violation of this Agreement will result in automatic termination of the license. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Products and delete all copies in your possession.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easyviz3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easyviz3D operates.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use Easyviz3D Products.
